EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

(a) rescinds the Noxious Weeds Order 1987 ; and

(b) specifies noxious, secondary and prohibited weeds in relation to the whole of the State; and

(c) specifies secondary weeds in the Waratah–Wynyard municipal area.
