Building Amendment Regulations 1998

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Building Regulations 1994 by –

(a) substituting the definition of "unregistrable relocatable building"; and

(b) reducing the time for processing building permits; and

(c) amending the requirements relating to the modification of a drawing or specification.
