Repeals under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992

Any regulations, rules or by-laws made by, or approved, confirmed or consented to by, the Governor on or before 13 January 2016 and not otherwise repealed, rescinded or revoked, have been repealed under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 unless the repeal date for that enactment is currently postponed by order under section 11 of that Act or by another Act of Parliament.

Postponements of the repeal of the following are in operation as at 13 January 2026:

• Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Retail Tenancies) Regulations 1998 - postponed by Act No. 11 of 2020, Act No. 28 of 2021; continued in force by Act No. 39 of 2022

• Surveyors Regulations 2014 - postponed until 10 December 2026 by s. 46A of the Surveyors Act 2002
