Extended to Tasmania and reproduced in Tasmanian volumes

Most recent alterations: 9 November 2017: Corrections.

The following is a partial list of other jurisdiction laws that have been extended to Tasmania (as a colony or State) and have been reproduced in Tasmanian Statute volumes. Early Tasmanian legislation also extended other laws to Tasmania. These other extended laws may be cited by the applying legislation or printed as the Tasmanian legislation. The links to Amendment Notations below may provide further information about the applied laws, whether they be in the list below or in the annual volumes.

No attempt has been made to identify how the application to Tasmania may have ceased or as to whether an included instruments remains current in Tasmanian law.

The list does not purport to be definitive. Please note that the data has not been checked for accuracy. It may be incomplete and subsequent work may lead to the addition or alteration of information. Also, the transcription has not been proof checked. The information is useful as a guide only.
