Vehicle and Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) (Rescission) Regulations 2023

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) (Rescission) Regulations 2023 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Legislation rescinded

The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.

4.   Rescission of regulations

These regulations are rescinded on the first anniversary of the day on which these regulations took effect.
