Proclamation under the Family Violence Reforms Act 2022

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Family Violence Reforms Act 2022 fix 22 December 2022 as the day on which sections 3 , 4(b) , 5 , 8 and 11 , and Parts 3 , 5 , 7 , 8 , 10 and 11 , of that Act commence.
