I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 .

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment (Regulated Activities) Regulations (No. 2) 2016 .

2.   Commencement

(1)  Except as provided by this regulation, these regulations take effect on 1 January 2017.
(2)  Part 3 takes effect on 1 March 2017.
PART 2 - Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 Amended

The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 .

PART 3 - Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 Further Amended

6.   Principal Regulations

In this Part, the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 .
