Police Offences Amendment Regulations 2016
I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Police Offences Act 1935 .

These regulations may be cited as the Police Offences Amendment Regulations 2016 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Police Offences Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Police Offences Regulations 2014 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

These regulations are administered in the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management.
