Tasmanian Development Order 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 9(6) of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Tasmanian Development Order 2016 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 .

5.   Revocation

This order is revoked on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which it takes effect.
