I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 .

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Regulations 2015 .

2.   Commencement

(1)  Except as provided in this regulation, these regulations take effect on 1 October 2015.

(2)  Part 3 takes effect on 1 December 2015.

(3)  [Regulation 2 Subregulation (3) amended by S.R. 2016, No. 25, Applied:01 May 2016] Part 4 takes effect on 1 September 2016.
