Proclamation under the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2013 fix 1 August 2015 as the day on which sections 19 and 26 of that Act commence.
