Health Complaints Regulations 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Complaints Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Health Complaints Regulations 2015 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on 18 May 2015.

3.   Prescribed form of warrant

For the purpose of section 47(3)(a) of the Health Complaints Act 1995 , the prescribed form of a warrant is Form 1 as set out in Schedule 1 .
