Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Amendment Regulations 2015 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which section 31 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 commences.
In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2014 .
