I make the following notice under section 5(1A) of the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Retirement Benefits Notice 2005 .

2.   Commencement

This notice takes effect on the day on which Part 6 of the Public Sector Superannuation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2004 commences.

3.   Interpretation

In this notice –

Act means the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 .

4.   Bodies and organisations to which Act applies
