Water Miscellaneous Amendments (Delegation and Industrial Water Supply) Act 2023
An Act to amend the Irrigation Clauses Act 1973, the Irrigation Company Act 2011 and the Water Management Act 1999

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Water Miscellaneous Amendments (Delegation and Industrial Water Supply) Act 2023 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
PART 2 - Irrigation Clauses Act 1973 Amended
