An Act to amend the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 and the Traffic Act 1925

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Driver Distraction and Speed Enforcement) Act 2022 .
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
