Proclamation under the Government Business Governance Reforms Act 2025

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Government Business Governance Reforms Act 2025 fix 1 January 2026 as day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
