Poisons (Adoption of Uniform Standard) Amendment Order 2025

I make the following order under section 14 of the Poisons Act 1971 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Adoption of Uniform Standard) Amendment Order 2025 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Poisons (Adoption of Uniform Standard) Order 2012 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Poisons (Adoption of Uniform Standard) Order 2012 .
