Supply Act (No. 3) 2021
An Act to make interim provision for the appropriation of $1 650 703 000 out of the Public Account for the services of the Government for the financial year ending on 30 June 2022

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Supply Act (No. 3) 2021 .
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2021.
For the purposes of this Act Capital Services means (a) public works or property required for public purposes; or(b) a loan authorised by law;Operating Services means the ordinary annual services of the Government.
4. Issue, application and appropriation of $1 650 703 000
(1) In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2022, the Treasurer may (a) issue the sum of $1 650 703 000 out of the Public Account; and(b) apply that sum for the services of the Government.(2) The sum specified in subsection (1)(a) is appropriated.
The sum specified in section 4(1)(a) is to be applied for the purposes specified in Schedule 1 .
6. Inclusion of expenditure in Appropriation Act
The Treasurer must incorporate in the estimates of expenditure from the Public Account, set out in the Bill for the ordinary Appropriation Act for the financial year ending on 30 June 2022, all money issued and applied, or to be issued and applied, under this Act as if that issue and application were to be appropriated afresh by that Act.
This Act expires on 30 June 2022.
