Justice Miscellaneous (Commissions of Inquiry) Act 2021
An Act to amend the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 , the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1995 , the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002 and the Youth Justice Act 1997

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Justice Miscellaneous (Commissions of Inquiry) Act 2021 .
(1) Parts 2 and 6 and this Part commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.(2) The remaining provisions of this Act are taken to have commenced on 1 March 2021.
This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it received the Royal Assent.
PART 2 - Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 Amended
In this Part, the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 .
