Weed Management (Declared Weeds) Order 2005

1. Short title

This order may be cited as the Weed Management (Declared Weeds) Order 2005 .

2. Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3. Declared weeds

The plants specified in Schedule 1 to this order are declared weeds for the whole of the State for the purposes of the Weed Management Act 1999 .
