Police Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2020
An Act to amend the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2005 , the Police Offences Act 1935 , the Police Powers (Vehicle Interception) Act 2000 and the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1970

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Police Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2020 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
PART 2 - Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2005 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2005 .
