Weed Management (Declared Weeds) Order 2001
I make the following order under section 9 of the Weed Management Act 1999 .

This order may be cited as the Weed Management (Declared Weeds) Order 2001 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The plants specified in Schedule 1 to this order are declared weeds for the whole of the State for the purpose of the Weed Management Act 1999 .
