Anzac Day Observance Amendment Act 2018
An Act to amend the Anzac Day Observance Act 1929 and the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 and to revoke the Shop Trading Hours Order 2012

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Anzac Day Observance Amendment Act 2018 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
This Act is repealed on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which this Act commences.
PART 2 - Anzac Day Observance Act 1929 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Anzac Day Observance Act 1929 .
