Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel National Law Application) (Fees) Rescission Regulations 2017
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel National Law Application) Act 2013 .

These regulations may be cited as the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel National Law Application) (Fees) Rescission Regulations 2017 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Marine and Safety (General) Amendment Regulations 2017 take effect.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
These regulations are rescinded on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which all of the provisions of these regulations take effect.
