Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Order 2016

I make the following order under section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours (Anzac Day) Order 2016 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Exemption

For the purposes of section 5AAA(2)(c) of the Shop Trading Hours Act 1984 , the following shops are declared to be shops that may be kept open before 12:30 p.m. on Anzac Day:

(a) Beaconsfield (Wilkes) IGA Everyday (ABN 22 060 679 469), Weld Street, Beaconsfield;

(ab) [Clause 3 Amended by S.R. 2018, No. 15, Applied:18 Apr 2018] Boland's IGA X-Press Newnham (ABN 59 686 743 017), George Town Road, Newnham;

(b) Hilly's IGA Everyday (ABN 84 378 163 153), Cecilia Street, St Helens;

(c) Railway Supermarket (ABN 21 118 586 306), Alexandra Road, Ulverstone;

(d) Ritchies IGA X-Press (ABN 99 913 645 305), Gilbert Street, Latrobe;

(e) Spreyton Supermarket (ABN 60 100 747 877), Mersey Main Road, Spreyton.

4.   Expiry

This order expires on 26 April 2018.
