Aboriginal Relics (Consequential Amendments) Act 2017
An Act to make amendments consequent on the enactment of the Aboriginal Relics Amendment Act 2017
[Royal Assent 21 June 2017]
Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
This Act may be cited as the Aboriginal Relics (Consequential Amendments) Act 2017 .
This Act commences on the day on which the Aboriginal Relics Amendment Act 2017 commences.
PART 2 - Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 Amended
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Crown Lands (Shack Sites) Act 1997 .
