Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Amendment Regulations 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Health Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Amendment Regulations 2016 .
These regulations take effect on 1 January 2017.
In these regulations, the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2009 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2009 .
