Electricity Supply Industry (Pricing and Related Matters) Amendment Regulations 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry (Pricing and Related Matters) Amendment Regulations 2016 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Electricity Supply Industry (Pricing and Related Matters) Regulations 2013 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Electricity Supply Industry (Pricing and Related Matters) Regulations 2013 .
