Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (Waddamana to Risdon Vale Electricity Transmission Line Project) (Revocation) Order 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the Major Infrastructure Development Approvals Act 1999 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (Waddamana to Risdon Vale Electricity Transmission Line Project) (Revocation) Order 2016 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Legislation revoked

The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.

4.   Expiry of order

This order expires on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which it commences.
