Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Amendment Regulations 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .

These regulations may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Amendment Regulations 2016 .
These regulations take effect on 1 August 2016.
In these regulations, the Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Regulations 2009 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Regulations 2009 .
