Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2016 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 4 April 2016.

3.   Interpretation

The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.

4.   Principal Order

In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 is referred to as the Principal Order.

5.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Administrative Arrangements Order 2016 .
