Victims of Crime Assistance Amendment Regulations 2015
I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1976 .

These regulations may be cited as the Victims of Crime Assistance Amendment Regulations 2015 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Victims of Crime Assistance Amendment (Funeral Expenses) Act 2015 commences.
In these regulations, the Victims of Crime Assistance Regulations 2010 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Victims of Crime Assistance Regulations 2010 .
