Historic Cultural Heritage Amendment (Validation) Act 2015
An Act to amend the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995
[Royal Assent 21 April 2015]
Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Historic Cultural Heritage Amendment (Validation) Act 2015 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 .
This Act is repealed on the three hundred and sixty fifth day from the day on which it commences.
