Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2012
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 .

These regulations may be cited as the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Regulations 2012 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
For the purposes of the definition of "related Act" in section 3(1) of the Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 , the Acts set out in the table in Schedule 1 are prescribed as related Acts.
