Racing (Bookmaker Betting) Amendment Regulations 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Racing Regulation Act 2004 .

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Racing (Bookmaker Betting) Amendment Regulations 2013 .

2.   Commencement

These regulations take effect on the day on which the Racing Regulation Amendment (Bookmaker Betting) Act 2013 commences.

3.   Principal Regulations

In these regulations, the Racing (Bookmaker Betting) Regulations 2004 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4.   

The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Racing (Bookmaker Betting) Regulations 2004 .
