Guardianship and Administration Amendment Act 2013
An Act to amend the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995
[Royal Assent 21 October 2013]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration Amendment Act 2013 .
This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
In this Act, the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 .

This Act is repealed on the three hundredth and sixty fifth day from the day on which all of the provisions on this Act commence.
