Teachers Registration Regulations 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Teachers Registration Act 2000 .5 December 2011

These regulations may be cited as the Teachers Registration Regulations 2011 .
These regulations take effect on 19 December 2011.
In these regulations Act means the Teachers Registration Act 2000 .
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees that are payable under the Act in respect of the matters to which they relate.[Schedule 1 Amended by S.R. 2013, No. 58, Applied:01 Jul 2013] [Schedule 1 Amended by S.R. 2013, No. 59, Applied:10 Jul 2013]

Application to change from provisional registration to full registration
Annual registration fee
Application for limited authority
Application for extension of limited authority
Limited authority fee
Replacement certificate of registration
Replacement notice of limited authority
Application for verification of qualifications
(a) for applicant with overseas qualifications
(b) for applicant with Australian qualifications that are non-accredited
Application for letter of professional standing
Application for certification as highly accomplished or lead teacher (certification is for a period of 5 years)
Application for renewal of certification as highly accomplished or lead teacher
Application for good character determination
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
