Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2012
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2012 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) (Fees) Regulations 2012 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) (Fees) Regulations 2012 .
