Liquor Licensing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 .

PART 1 - Preliminary

1.   Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2012 .

2.   Commencement

(1)  These regulations, other than Part 3 , take effect on 12 November 2012.
(2)  Part 3 takes effect on 1 January 2013.
PART 2 - Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2005 Amended

The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2005 .

PART 3 - Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2005 Further Amended

5.   Principal Regulations

In this Part, the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2005 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2005 .
