Proclamation under the Dog Control Amendment Act 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Dog Control Amendment Act 2009 fix 1 July 2011 as the day on which section 7 and section 17(c) of that Act commence.
