Gaming Control (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2011 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations –Act means the Gaming Control Act 1993 .
4. Infringement notice offences and penalties
For the purposes of section 172A of the Act –(a) an infringement offence is an offence against a provision of the Act specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 ; and(b) the penalty specified in column 3 of Schedule 1 in relation to an infringement offence is the penalty applicable to that offence.
