Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2010
I make the following order under section 36 of the Government Prices Oversight Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2010 .
This order takes effect 61 days after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2009 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
