Proclamation under the Public Interest Disclosures Amendment Act 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Public Interest Disclosures Amendment Act 2009 fix 1 October 2010 as the day on which that Act commences.
