Health Practitioners Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 .

These regulations may be cited as the Health Practitioners Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which section 55 of the Act commences.
In these regulations –Act means the Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 .
For the purpose of section 21(6)(e) of the Act, the fee for an application under section 21(2) or (4) of the Act is 150 fee units.
