Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Amendment Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Local Government Act 1993 .

These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Amendment Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2005 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2005 .
