Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 .
These regulations take effect on 1 November 2009.
In these regulations, the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 .
