Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dental Practitioners Registration Act 2001 .

These regulations may be cited as the Dental Practitioners Registration (Fees) Regulations 2002 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations,Act means the Dental Practitioners Registration Act 2001 .
The fees specified in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
