Proclamation under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Amendment Act 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Enforcement Amendment Act 2008 fix 23 July 2009 as the day on which Part 3 of that Act commences.
