Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Amendment Order 2008
I make the following order under section 6 of the Sewers and Drains Act 1954 .

This order may be cited as the Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Amendment Order 2008 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Order 2007 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Sewers and Drains (Cradle Valley Limited Sewerage District) Order 2007 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
